The U.S. Supreme Court decided Tuesday it would hear a case challenging President Barack Obama's plan to defer the deportation of more than 4 million undocumented immigrants and allow them to work legally in the United States. Obama's executive order is aimed at stopping the deportation of parents of American-born children and permanent residents. As VOA's Carolyn Presutti reports, the court's decision on this case will have far-reaching effects.
