More than 28 million Latinos are expected to be eligible to vote in 2016, according to the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials' Educational Fund. The belief that a vote still matters is what motivates many naturalized immigrants and their children to be the most engaged Latinos in American politics, a NALEO Educational Fund official says.
