USCIS: The Promise of Citizenship: USCIS Director Rodríguez Celebrates July 4th with New Citizens

USCIS Director León Rodríguez celebrated Independence Day 2015 at Mount Vernon, home of George Washington, by attending one of many special naturalization ceremonies held across the United States that week. He spoke to the promise of citizenship and democracy and encouraged our newest citizens to participate fully in their new nation.
