Ngo Huu Phuc reads "The Vietnam Time Line" essay in honor of Memorial Day. Mr Ngo was a mechanic in the South Vietnam Air Force. When this video was made, Mr Ngo was studying for US Citizenship at Milpitas Adult School; he became a US citizen in September 2009.
