On February 15th, USCIS Deputy Director Lori Scialabba naturalized 1,268 candidates from 114 countries at the historic Paramount Theater in Oakland, California. Anni Chung was recognized as an "Outstanding American by Choice" for her 36 years of service with the organization "Self Help for the Elderly".
