VOAVideo: Native American Lacrosse Team Refused Entry to Britain over Passport Issue
A sports team from the US and Canada is being excluded from an international lacrosse tournament in Britain because of a passport dispute. Players on the Iroquois Nationals team have passports issued by the Iroquois Confederacy rather than by the US or Canada. So Britain is refusing them entry, and they've been stuck in New York for days. As VOA's Carolyn Presutti reports, the U.S. Secretary of State got involved.
