U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Friday urged the world's women to continue building on advancements made over the last 15 years since the Beijing Declaration on empowering women was signed. She told the U.N. Commission on the Status of Women that lasting progress is not possible if women and girls are denied their rights.
